During the Covid-19 pandemic, governments worldwide faced the challenge of coordinating rapid, data-driven responses to an evolving crisis. Disparate data sources, slow reporting cycles, and siloed departments created barriers to effective decision-making. This case study outlines how our team developed an AWS-based data collaboration platform that unified critical health data, empowered real-time analytics, and strengthened public health crisis management.
The lack of an integrated data infrastructure hindered the ability to track infection rates, allocate resources, and identify hotspots quickly. Decision-makers were working with outdated or incomplete data, impacting the speed and accuracy of public health interventions. The government needed a scalable, secure, and AI-ready system capable of aggregating data from multiple departments and delivering actionable insights in real time.
We built the SUM platform with:
The Covid Data Collaboration Platform transformed the government’s ability to manage health crises by unifying data, enabling real-time analytics, and embedding AI-driven insights into decision-making processes. Its scalability and adaptability ensured relevance beyond the pandemic, positioning it as a long-term asset for public health resilience.
